Photovoltaic Panel Columns

The tapered poles for photovoltaic systems are made by grafting between them tubes of increasing diameter from the top towards the base, which are subsequently welded to the entire circumferences of grafting, in correspondence of the "tapering" and that of the narrowings, (drawing), which allow to get the pipes with diameters smaller immediately.

The materials used for the construction of the tapered poles are longitudinally welded tubes induction (ERW) steel S235JR (UNI EN 10025), certificates type 3.1.B. Welds made by us, are made with semi-automatic process (MIG), in agreement with the reference standard EN 287, and are certified by (EWF) European Federation of Welding.

The poles are supplied with 2 standard workings at the base of the pole:

  • Cable entry slot 186x45 mm to 600 mm from the base of the center hole.
  • Pocket for grounding to 900mm from the base.

All poles are protected against corrosion by hot dip galvanizing by immersion in molten zinc, according to the UNI EN ISO 1461.

On request they can be supplied with single or double adjustable brackets.
