LIQUID PAINTING

The peinture is a fundamental process for the long-term protection and for the pleasant esthetic aspect of the pole.

The SEI ESSE varnishing system uses the most modern technology in the sector of liquid varnishes (synthetic, epoxy-polyurethane, acrilic) and the installation available is capable of varnishing large materials, with a useful area of 15x3 m (cabin) plus 15x5 m (withering).

With regard to the systems of spraying adopted uses electrostatic pistols with a high degree of transfer of the product on the item (90 %). This technology permits the varnishing of any object, anywhere, without need of rotating it: indeed, the particles of varnish, carried electrostatically, are uniformly distributed on the surface of the object with a significant increase in the esthetic and functional quality of the coating.

Prior to varnishing, all the poles are submitted to hot galvanizing (UNI EN40/4) in order to guarantee maximum resistance to corrosion; SEI ESSE is, however, capable of varnishing non-galvanized surfaces such as: coarse steel, cast iron, aluminum, brass, stainless steel.

The standard VARNISHING cycle foresees the following phases:

Preparation

All the poles are dried at environment temperature or in the withering local (40 º) so that the residual acids present after galvanization and the eventual presence of water on the surface do not jeopardize the adherence of the primer. Subsequently, the galvanized area is roughened with abrasive paper, disc or steel wool, in order to guarantee maximum adherence of the varnish film, while maintaining constant the thickness of the zinc, or dried at environment temperature or in the facility.

Painting

The application of the following products is foreseen:

Epoxy primer
This is a bi-component anticorrosive primer based on epoxy resin free of chromium and lead, which guarantees optimum adherence on iron, steel, galvanized iron, aluminum and light alloys and on surfaces already varnished by anaphoresis or cataphoresis. The primer forms a protective film with optimum resistance against chemical aggression, solvents, salty water and corrosion.

Polyurethane enamels and acrilic

These are bi-component enamels based on polyurethane resins, indicated for quality finishing.
They form film with a pleasant aspect; they are hard and elastic, with excellent resistance against chemical agents and detergents, fuels, lubricants and other atmospheric agents and solvent.

Careful application, by means of advanced devices such as ours, and pre and post application control (with the help of instruments for the testing of the adherence, the thickness and the brilliance of the varnish film) guarantee the constancy of the varnishing and resistance to saline fog of the final film of no less than 1000 hours.

Particular varnishing cycles are also foreseen, upon specific requirements of the client, with higher resistance (1500-2000 h saline fog) suggested by the experience in the sector and by the quality that characterizes our products.

From an esthetic point of view, the enamels used may by transparent, semitransparent, semi-opaque or opaque and they may have a smooth, textured or peeled aspect.

We are able to reproduce any shade of any colour card (RAL, RAL DESIGN, NCS, PANTONE, BOERO, etc.); it is also possible to reproduce colours on samples supplied directly by the client.

The packing
SEI ESSE is also in measure of carrying out personalized packing according to the requirements of the client (non-standard packing identified by site, area, typology). All the poles are packed separately and then together with the others; they are packed in plastic sheets and are placed on wooded supports; this permits the isolation of the material from the ground and creates a considerable space for eventual lifting.



POWDER PAINTING

As for the powder system it employs one of the most important plants in the size in the Italian territory, characterized by a covered part of 120 meters in length with 3000 square meters of covered. It enjoys 7000 sq.m of warehouse for incoming goods. The painting process is epoxy notch. The processing is performed only on metals and aluminum. Integrity, professionalism and not least cost competitiveness of the product.

The plant at the forefront in terms of technology is particularly suitable for bulky items such as lighting columns, truck bodies, frames massive, complex structures and cumbersome.

The plant as designed seats in the booths even small objects or large special important weights (max 2500Kg).

Given the high automation of the system you can handle orders with low quantities.

This type of paint treatment joint (if required) to a particular surface appearance / special (type rustication or wrinkled) provides greater strength and durability of the finished product against weathering, particularly the impact which may be subject.

The synthetic resins used adhere to the material by electrostatic effect and effect of its passage inside an oven at 180 ° / 200 ° melt and polymerize realizing a layer perfectly adherent.

The thickness obtained is of about 80 120 microns.

The cycle that we perform you can 'be divided into:

1. Fosfodecappante with reader pH and heated to 45 ° C, adjustment of permanence with PLC.
2. Rinse with tap water.
3. Rinse with demineralized water, fully automated.
4. No Rinze (without rinsing): a nano-technology that pre-treating ferrous surfaces, steel, zinc and aluminum.
5. Drying oven static.
6. A spray booth Quick change of color.
7. Polymerization oven capable of electronically controlling the residence times and run the grant of all the four stages of cooking.
