The tubes and plates used are of low-grade steel S235JR according to UNI EN 10025 certificate 3.1.
WELDING PROCESS
The welding is carried out by qualified personnel according to the UNI EN 288/3 with process certified by (EWF) European Federation of Welding.
TREATMENTS
The poles and avccessori are provided:
GALVANIZED CALDOPER DIVING IN ACCORDANCE WITH UNI EN 1461, EN 40
SPRAY PAINTED OR POWDER
TOLERANCE
The machining of series consenrte a high precision in the construction.
The SEIESSE guarantees for its products in the following fields of tolerance referred to the UNI EN 40/2:
- External diameter of the pipe +/- 2%
- Thickness of the tubes +/- 10%
- Length of the stems +/- 50mm
