Terms of sale

General: The information and technical data of this catalog, unless expressly confirmed in writing, are for reference only; the Seiesse LIGHTING is not required to give prior notice the modification or replacement of its products.

In the drafting of the catalogs it was paid the utmost attention to ensure the correctness of the data; however SEIESSE lighting is not responsible for errors and omissions therein encountered, resulting binding and not binding as indicated in the order confirmation.
Orders and acceptance: The buyer is obliged to carefully check the characteristics of the products, the quantities and prices that transmits SEIESSE lighting with special confirmation 'order and dispatch the same. The buyer will have to return to SEIESSE lighting order confirmation signed and stamped for acceptance; failing to respond within 5 days the confirmation order is considered accepted. You acknowledge and agree that the production will begin only upon receipt of order confirmation.
Price: contract prices are the ones given in the order confirmation and are for goods delivered ex factory; regarding international shipments, ex works (EXW or) according to INCOTERMS (International Commerce Terms)
Certificates: any certificates of ironworks will be issued only if specifically requested when ordering.
Tolerance: The buyer accepts the tolerances indicated in the data sheets of the selling company.
Delivery: Delivery dates are not binding; will not be paid any compensation for any direct or indirect, caused by delays in delivery or partial or total failure of the supply.

In case of delivery delays, due to problems not attributable to our company, the material will be billed within 30 days of the month following the date of successful communication of goods ready and will remain available to vs on consignment at our warehouse.
Cargo & Shipping: The discharge of materials is always paid by the end customer. The goods, even if sold free destination, travel to total risk of the buyer. It will be the duty of 'buyer verify that the delivery area is passable by truck; in the absence of agreements is used to dispatch the most appropriate means. As for unloading, handling and storage of products ranging follow the directions provided by SEIESSE Lighting.

Any demurrage or waiting for discharge shall be borne by the buyer, also for goods sold carriage. The goods do not travel insured unless the customer specifically asks for it when ordering.
Control of the material: The buyer must check the products upon delivery. In case of defects or lack of material the customer must promptly indicate the transport document by inscription. The vices and / or defects of the goods supplied, must be reported exclusively to the place of Seiesse Lighting by registered and / or certified mail, within eight days of receipt of goods.

The SEIESSE Lighting may, at its sole option, replace the goods found not suitable or reimburse its price, excluding any charges and without compensation for any damage. The SEIESSE Lighting can not be held liable for any damage to persons or property resulting from improper installation of its products.

Any disputes will only cover products not yet placed on the ground in work.
Returns: The products object of claim must be kept available for the SEIESSE Lighting. Returned goods must be previously authorized by SEIESSE Lighting and, in any case, the credit will be equal to 85% of the value of the returned goods. The products will be further damaged deprezzarti to cover the damage itself. The transport costs for the collection of the goods are always borne by the buyer.
Payments: Payments must be made as shown in order confirmations and directly SEIESSE Lighting and in the case of non-payment within the established contractual terms, the sums due will be borne, in addition to any costs (of protest, banks ...) the interest on arrears applied to SEIESSE Lighting by banks to the discount bank.

Failure on the part of the buyer of the payment conditions Seiesse Lighting gives the right to suspend or postpone the execution of contractual obligations or to terminate the contract with a simple communication with compensation for damages. Seiesse also has the right to terminate the contract without additional costs, if it becomes aware of protests or bankruptcy proceedings on the buyer.

Any claims or disputes do not give right to suspend payments.
Responsibility of the company: The company is not liable for any damages dirretti or indirect personal or property caused by the use of materials or equipment supplied by their use. All supplies are made on the assumption that the customer is aware of the rules of good technique for proper use and diligent conservation of materials and equipment to be supplied as well as the safety regulations applicable in individual cases.
Jurisdiction: Which jurisdiction for any dispute, the SEIESSE Lighting designates unquestionably the judicial district of Perugia.
