Tapered Columns from Steel Sheet
The conical poles series "SCD", are cut from flat sheets of trapezoidal shape at-cold bent and formed so as to obtain a "shell" frusto-conical open. Such residual opening is progressively closed by means of a system of pressures and welding realized with an automatic procedure. The materials used for the construction of the conical poles are flattened sheet metal, and subsequently laser cut or sheared, steel S 235JR (UNI EN 10025) certified type 3.1.B. Welds made by us, are executed with automatic procedure (SAW), in agreement with the reference standard EN 287, and are certified by (EWF) European Federation of Welding. The poles are supplied complete with all of the three standard workings at the base of the pole: cable entry slot, pocket for grounding and the slot for housing the electrical terminal block. All poles are protected against corrosion by hot dip galvanizing by immersion in molten zinc, according to the UNI EN ISO 1461.
Poles Conical curved
The conical poles Curved series "SC", are cut from flat sheets of trapezoidal shape at-cold bent and formed so as to obtain a "shell" frusto-conical open. Such residual opening is progressively closed by means of a system of pressures and welding realized with an automatic procedure.
These poles are then bent by cold bending made press bending CNC. The materials used for the construction of the conical poles are flattened sheet metal, and subsequently laser cut or sheared, steel S 235JR (UNI EN 10025) certified type 3.1.B.
