Tapered poles straight for flag-raising
The tapered poles alzabandiera series "SAL", are made by grafting between them tubes of increasing diameter from the top towards the base, which are subsequently welded to the entire circumferences of grafting, in correspondence of the "tapering" and that of the narrowings, (drawing), that allow you to get the pipes with diameters smaller immediately.
The materials used for the construction of the tapered poles are longitudinally welded tubes induction (ERW) steel S235JR (UNI EN 10025), certificates type 3.1.B. Welds made by us, are made with semi-automatic process (MIG), in agreement with the reference standard EN 287, and are certified by (EWF) European Federation of Welding. The poles are all supplied with two supports welded to accommodation pulleys, welded rings for passage of the rope and pulleys brassed adapted to the sliding of the rope, a PVC cap for the closure of the pole at the top and all the bolts (the rope that will be mounted forming a closed loop is not supplied).
All poles are protected against corrosion by hot dip galvanizing by immersion in molten zinc, according to the UNI EN ISO 1461.
Conical poles for flag-raising
The conical poles for flags series "SAL", are cut from flat sheets of trapezoidal shape at-cold bent and formed so as to obtain a "shell" frusto-conical open. Such residual opening is progressively closed by means of a system of pressures and welding realized with an automatic procedure.
The materials used for the construction of the conical poles are flattened sheet metal, and subsequently laser cut or sheared, steel S 235JR (UNI EN 10025) certified type 3.1.B. Welds made by us, are executed with automatic procedure (SAW), in agreement with the reference standard EN 287, and are certified by (EWF) European Federation of Welding. The poles are all supplied with two supports welded to accommodation pulleys, welded rings for passage of the rope and pulleys brassed adapted to the sliding of the rope, a PVC cap for the closure of the pole at the top and bolts. The rope, which must be assembled to form a closed loop, it is not supplied. All poles are protected against corrosion by hot dip galvanizing by immersion in molten zinc, according to the UNI EN ISO 1461.
